We only get one body. It may change in its shape, size, or stature over your lifetime, it does not mean you should be any less proud or confident within it.
Body confidence is a struggle for many, and a lack of it can be a product of varying circumstances. However, it does not mean that it cannot be improved. In this little piece I want to share with you 5 easy ways to improve your body confidence. These are purely anecdotal examples, but put into practice regularly, you might just find they work for you too.
1) Get naked
Let’s start with the most fun.
Walk around in the scud, get naked more often.
Many of us can sometimes feel unhappy when we look at our bare selves in the mirror. You probably have features you pick at or worry about. You may even feel some kind of discomfort or shame in seeing yourself so uncovered. This is completely natural and undoubtedly common.
